I had a property with some land at the back that I thought might be ok to sell or develop. I contacted council to start the process and was met with red tape and what felt like 1 million questions! This was very off-putting resulting in me not going any further, with family and work commitments I was to busy to spend a lot of time chasing this around.
Then I heard about Section2 and gave Mat a call, I found him to be very knowledgeable and made the process easy! He has been doing this for years so knew all the right people and had a firm grasp of what needed to happen and when!
Since signing onto his service I have not had to be involved in anything other than a few update meetings. Mat has kept me informed along the way and made suggestions of things I could do to not only save money but knocked about 6 months off the process (which can be very long!!) I was eager to make some moves in the development scene but was too time poor to make it happen.
Section2 has taken away all the stress and headaches, I would highly recommend getting in touch with them to run a feasibility report on your idea, this is where I started and have never looked back, it was all so easy! I now have 2 other projects underway with Mat and will continue the “easy version” of developing! I am more than happy for people to contact me in person if they have any questions, I am sure there are lot of people feeling just like I did, daunted and unsure where to start, but I have just the answer!
