This 1029m2 section based in Durie Hill suburb of Whanganui is our latest project at Section2. It features an existing 2 bedroom 100m2 dwelling in great condition with a detached 36m2 garage. This property had previously undergone a resource consent for a 2 lot subdivision prior to Section2 becoming involved. Often we are approached by people looking to sell their property part way through a subdivision for a variety of reasons. Given our knowledge of the process we are able to act quickly to generate a good outcome for both Vendor and purchaser and take all the stress out of selling their home.

Coming into a subdivision part way through can be tricky, the key is go over the approved resource consent conditions and then identify what conditions have already been met and what are left to be completed. Once this had been identified we are quickly able to book in the contractors required to complete the necessary infrastructure and get the subdivision back on track. For this property we are retaining the 2 bedroom dwelling which is in good condition and giving the exterior landscaping a spruce up.
