Kirsty has over 20 years experience advising clients in the financial services industry. She has a background in banking and financial markets. She first started assisting clients investing into residential new builds 15+ years ago. Kirsty specialises in the renovation and development of 2-3+ lot infill subdivisions in Whanganui. Her knowledge around the strategic analysis of deals and her hands on practical experience have helped form the foundation of Section2’s services.
Mat Koubaridis

Mat has extensive knowledge and experience in the construction of new builds in the Whanganui region, quantity surveying large residential to light commercial builds. He currently owns his own property development company with projects ranging from single residential builds through to 8 lot subdivisions. He is experienced managing clients through every stage of the subdivision process, from first time investors to government agencies, and holds key relationships with stakeholders throughout Whanganui region. He has experience across a range of industries, the last ten years focused on construction.
Jeremy Emmett

Jeremy has 25 years experience in the civil construction industry, progressing to managing and running multimillion dollar design and build projects. Jeremy has been involved all aspects of the industry ranging from on the ground physical construction works, to surveying, estimating, design and project management. This broad understanding allows him to design and manage best fit engineering solutions for every project regardless of scale. Jeremy owns his own property development and construction company and provides consultancy services to local authorities and other clients. Jeremy gets great satisfaction overseeing projects and applying his industry experience to add value for clients to achieve successful outcomes.
David Riley
Senior Planner | BRP (Hons) & B.Sc (Biological Sciences)
Dave leads our Section2 planning operations managing all resource consent reporting. He is a Senior Planner with 15 years on the job experience. Dave’s experience stretches across the town planning discipline through the delivery of various District and Regional Authority consenting projects. Subdivision, land-use, contaminated land and environmental resource management matters are Dave’s specialities, making the regulatory process easy for his clients. Dave is a member of the New Zealand Resource Management Law Association.
