We have just completed installing the midfloor at our Maxwell Avenue two storey build and it was our first time using the Carters Cassette Flooring system.

This small two lot subdivision in Maxwell Ave on Durie Hill is now complete and looking great!

Section2 is proud to have delivered this eight lot development in Castlecliff, Whanganui on time and on budget. Here’s what we learnt.

Foundation system we are using for this build is the QPOD Foundation. This is a raft type foundation which is made up of recycled plastic, and can be designed to meet conditions of TC 1, 2 and 3 soil types.

Check out the last house we completed in this 3 lot subdivision. What a way to finish the development with a stunning two storey colorsteel home with timber lining to the wing walls and soffit.

Today was install day for the new Aquacell Stormwater System that has been designed to attenuate all stormwater from the right of way at this development.

It was a bright and early start for the team this morning, overseeing a house relocation from Waverley township to its new home on Maxwell Station Road.

Section2 is proud to be working alongside Kainga Ora in developing the sections at 9 & 11 Egmont Street, Castlecliff into eight 2 bedroom units to help with our social housing crisis.
