Our most recent project is an exciting 10 lot urban development set in the heart of Springvale. Set on 4845m2 this development includes 3 stages:

Stage 1 – Boundary adjustment to increase land size of neighbouring property.

Stage 2 – Development of 9 lot subdivision

Stage 3 – Further subdivision of Lot 1 into 2 seperate lots featuring duplex new build
