9 and 11 Egmont Street development in Castlecliff Wanganui is a 1012m2 and 1008m2 residential section parallel to eachother, which is being transformed into an 8 lot subdivision. The medium density development is a mixture of undersized and standard sized sections with both duplex housing and single level 2 bedroom housing.

The development is a great use of previously overgrown land of little benefit to anybody. Not only will the proposed project return a profit for our clients but it also helps solve the current housing crisis, tidies up the neighbourhood and creates another 8 ratepayers for the local council.
